Coming Back to Ourselves: A Half-Day Mindfulness Retreat in the Comfort of Your Home

It was a joy to facilitate our first mindfulness retreat over Zoom. We heard correctly the call for needed self-care during this unique time of work, health and political upheaval. Close to 30 participants joined for a morning of practice. Some had never been to a retreat before, some were new to mindfulness and all felt the importance for restoring balance in their lives. 

All were grateful to participate. We appreciated the many post-retreat reflections. Below are a few representative ones:
