In this week's (1.28.2021) "Art and Soul," Lisa Barry of WEMU talks with one of our co-founders, Dr. Rita Benn, about how teaching mindfulness and bringing a whole school program predicated on connecting mind, body and heart to supporting to students and teachers is more important than ever. She shares information on the upcoming presentation in which Broward County and the Center for Mind-body Medicine personnel will discuss bringing mindfulness informed programming to work with teachers and students district wide after the Douglas Stone school shooting.
