More than ever, it is important that we find ways to settle ourselves. When we make plans to take a time-out and connect to our inner resources, we can re-discover our equilibrium and meet the current reality with more equanimity.
This fall, join us for a morning of grounding into present moment awareness. Begin or re-invigorate practicing of mindfulness meditation in community with others. Renew your commitment to self-care.
MC4ME will lead this retreat for the first time virtually so you can attend in your sweats or Pj’s. All you need is your computer monitor or phone with access to the Zoom meeting and a comfortable space where you can have room to stretch, sit, lie down and pace in place and, hopefully, be uninterrupted.
The retreat will begin at 9:00 am and end at 12:30 pm. We encourage you to set aside this whole time; however, you are welcome to stay as long as you are able.
Please note the mindfulness teachers leading this retreat volunteer their time. All proceeds go to supporting scholarships to participants and operational costs in putting on other programs. This retreat is for anyone with experience or interest in practicing mindfulness mediation.
