A Loving Kindness Meditation for Ukraine a Community Gathering

To offer our collective support for those who are suffering, MC4ME is inviting you to join us for a 30-minute Loving Kindness meditation. As we face the tragedy that is unfolding in Ukraine, we are saddened and filled with compassion for the people who have been forced to be separated from their loved ones, flee their homes, and leave behind the lives they once knew. 

We ache for the senseless killing of innocent people, for the soldiers who are fighting to preserve their freedom and those sent to fight this unjust war. While we are angry at the greed of Putin, and fearful for the safety of our world, we are inspired by the courage of ordinary people to stand up for their beliefs and open their hearts and doors to help one another.
